Although we can design in any style from traditional though modern, we find that most of our Hamptons design clients ask for a a light, bright, beachy design that blends contemporary furnishings and clean lines with classic and interesting pieces. This is often referred to as "Transitional Interior Design."
Our space planning creates and improves the way a house flows so that it is easy to navigate, with a logical progression from room to room and area to area. On a per room basis, we provide layouts that maximize the use of the space while maintaining a feeling of space and visual interest. Our Hamptons style interiors are timeless, not trendy.

Barbara Feldman is an experienced professional who has been recognized as one of the best Interior Designers in the Hamptons by the East End communities, her clients, and her peers. She is a Certified Interior Designer, an Allied Member of the American Institute of Architects, a member of the Interior Furnishings and Design Association, and a licensed and insured General Contractor.
In her own words:
Everyone loves light and bright, and you can’t get more of that than you do out here. Factor in the palette of blue, greens, and soft neutrals that is all around us and you have a great visual environment to draw into the interior of a home. My work is usually described as stylish but not trendy, and my designs are created to be timeless. You will never hear “oh that’s so last year” about any of my projects. I tend not to over-design but prefer to focus on balance and proportion, leaving room for my clients to add their own personal touches so that every house becomes their home..
Most of my clients want a design that’s “sophisticated but beachy,” so I design with the goal of creating environments that not only look good, but allow everyone to live the easy lifestyle they come out here to enjoy.
